The hiring manager's name, email, and phone.  That is what we do.

Stop pitching HR.

Every job ad has a hiring manager behind it. We give you their name, email and phone.

Type a role and a city. Get the manager for every company hiring it.

No credit card.

Job boards give you an apply button. We give you the person.

Lead lists sell the same old names to everyone. Ad Call finds the manager for each live job, today. Call them. Pitch your candidate. Make the placement.

Any role with job ads: nurses, CDL drivers, paralegals, machinists We never message anyone for you No LinkedIn. Public sources only.

How it works

Type a role and a city. Ad Call searches the live job ads right then, not an old list, so results start arriving in minutes.

Step1

We read every live job ad

The full ad, from the major job boards. How long it's been open, and whether it's been reposted.

Step2

We find the real employer

Not the staffing agency or the franchise name. The company actually hiring, checked on its own website.

Step3

We find the hiring manager

Name, title, email and office phone, and how we found them.

Have a candidate? Find every company that wants them.

Upload the résumé. Ad Call finds every live job that fits, the hiring manager for each one, and an opening line taken from that ad. One résumé. Twenty pitches before lunch. How it works for candidates ›

Nobody publishes who's hiring. We work it out.

We check many sources at once and show you how each name was found. When we can't find the manager, we say so, and tell you what title to ask for.

We publish our accuracy: about 8% of results have something wrong.

Measured on fresh searches in markets we had never run, checked by hand one by one, not on a demo. Usually it's the wrong company behind an ad; sometimes a wrong email domain, or a person who works somewhere else. You can usually spot it, because every name shows how we found it.

Nobody else in this business publishes a number. Ask them. Only the company that posted the job truly knows who the hiring manager is. Others sell you the ad, or a contact database built months ago that loses about a quarter of its people a year.

Contact lists go stale fast. The typical worker stays in a job 3.5 years (Bureau of Labor Statistics), and a business contact list loses about 22.5% of its people a year (HubSpot). We search today. The full comparison ›

What you get
