You give the desk a role and a location. It reads live job ads and returns the ones worth a call, with the manager most likely behind each one and how to reach them. Names and contact details are inferences from public sources, ranked and labeled with our confidence. They are a starting point for a recruiter's own judgment, not a guarantee.
One search = one role in one location. Free accounts get three searches with no card and no expiry. Paid plans include a monthly number of searches; unused searches roll over one month. Extra searches beyond your plan are billed at the published per-search rate. A search that fails or returns nothing is never counted.
Paid plans renew monthly on the day you subscribed until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Settings page; you keep your searches until the end of the paid period and are not charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where a fault on our side prevented you from using the service.
A rate we offer you in writing as permanent stays yours for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. It does not transfer to another account.
Your searches, notes, dispositions, and companies belong to you. Export them any time from the desk. We do not sell your data or your desk's contents, and we do not use your notes to build anything for anyone else.
Use the output to do recruiting and business development the way a professional would. Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the desk's output as a data product. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and do-not-call rules where you operate.
One person per seat. Firm plans include the stated number of seats for people at the same firm. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
We aim for the desk to be up and useful every business day, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features and pricing; existing subscribers are told in advance and locked rates are honored as described above.
Ad Call is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost placements, or indirect damages.
